I once had a guy trying to get into my room at 2 am. After security straightened it out, he realized that he was staying in a different Hyatt Regency, on the other side of town. He hadn't realized that there were two of them and his taxi supposedly just dropped him off at the one where I was staying.
And I walked into my room one morning to find another couple in my bed at the Hyatt Orlando.
I was ticked to learn that since I did not stay in the room, turn down service let the front desk know and they reserved it for someone else. My key still worked!!!!
Needless to say, I made out with a huge number of Hyatt points on that one. But a complete fail on behalf of that property.
