Weighing that over many other things that can happen I'd choose to keep the flight attendant in the cockpit. We've had more cases of pilots being medically incapacitated in flight in flight (e.g. cardiac arrest) than of flight attendants trying to take over the plane. The legacies should have no problem implementing this (as is already happening on US airlines), and the low-costs have a lower level of service, which doesn't require having all the FAs working at the same time anyway.
