My family members were asked several times in HEL, but not myself. As grand vizier with the key to all family FFPs I booked ther ticket/upgrade/award while logged in on my account and paid any fees with my CC.

Once I had to read my CC card numbers to the HEL c/i agent over the phone, another time it was enough for junior to say "I dunno, my dad took care of it"
