if anyone finds a third party website that would assist you with your filing a LNF for the Cosmo over the period desired with a lower rate then you've quoted from Marriott.com then they'll contact you here or via PM and give you that 3rd party site, but that non-response to date should not prevent you from also looking by yourself.
