I am traveling BOM-LHR-BOS on the 11th with a friend, but we are on different flights LHR-BOS and since I have a 10 hour layover I am going into the city.

My friend has a 3 hour layover and will be staying airside. He just lost his AA PLAT / OWS status and is therefore 'lounge-less'. Access to any lounge would be welcome. He is well behaved and mostly house trained
