But when I try to book for July, I get the following error message (and I've been getting it for a few weeks now - and phone calls to AMEX have been fruitless, other than offering to book over the phone, which I would prefer to avoid): "There was a problem processing your reservation. Please call Platinum Travel Service at 1-800-551-1120 for immediate assistance." I'm not doing anything differently with my July (attempted) reservation compared to my (successful) April reservations.
