3* Hotel Siru, Brussels seems to be available on certain weeks at around £9 single occ double with bft. I've not fully checked the whole year but can see it available on selected weekly bookings in August ,October and November. You have to make a weekly booking to get the best rate I believe.

Scores 3/5 on TA and looks quite average with small rooms. However for those on a budget it might be of interest particularly as the breakfast which one TA reviewer said was priced at 15 Euro's is included.

You have to pay a city tax on arrival which brings the total daily rate to £13 which interestingly enough is not much more than the cost of the breakfast. Maybe it's a buy the breakfast get a free room promotion, who knows?
