I was there yesterday morning as well for the second time in a week - the wet carpet certainly wasn't a premium experience, but at least there were enough bits of dry carpet inbetween to wipe your shoes on I'm pleased that one of the original lounge chaps is still there (the older, taller one), but I haven't seen the younger guy recently - the tall man appears to be being helped out by an airport lady rather than a BA person at the moment.

I quite like the new lounge - fewer nooks and crannies than the old one but a much better view and the coffee machine is better. Plus the Biffis are still there
