Crap airline really. They've got some good partners. Love Lufthansa but they only F award space at last minute through United.
flew from narita to ord 11 hours and the plane was so old it didn't have entetainment system underneath or in front of your seat. There is only like 4 inch of legroom.It was like standing up for 11 hrs. I saw a woman asking the guy not to be upset if she had to recline a bit.
I wanted to avoid United but there was no other option with my miles at that time.
