That's because it might not be accurate.

1. In his "isolation" process (mail #61), Serfty has accidentally left off the GBP 164.50 of Carrier Surcharge/Fee in his example #4, clearly visible in mail 49.

2. In mail 49, there is an internal discrepancy calling into question whether example #4 reflects BA or AA. At the top of that mail, Itinerary #3, identified as AA, has GBP 531 in added surcharges and taxes, while Itinerary #4, identified as BA, has GBP 596 in additional charges. However, at the bottom of that same mail, the detail section, the added amounts have been reversed: Itinerary #3 has GBP 596 in additional charges and Itinerary #4 has GBP 531.

In any case, the difference between the two itineraries is only GBP 65 (and not USD 345), and given the internal discrepancy in mail 49, I suspect that we don't know which (AA or BA) is actually cheaper.
