Asked them to secure tickets for the Easter Mass at St Peter's basilica.

Due to the nature of the process (one has to send a fax to the "preffetura Vaticana"), and the additional info required, they sent me a copy of the procedure and offered to fax the required info for me.

Two weeks later, letter of confirmation from the Vatican arrived in the mail.

So I guess they handled the job quite well on this one
