As a household we use this (normally F and CW) flight 2-3x a month. The food is OK to good, but varies by month.

However, maybe I'm old fashioned in thinking I fly to get where I want to be in whatever seating comfort I can afford. I don't fly for the food offerings.

BA are increasingly swapping the 178 and 180 between 747s and 777s so check your seat assignment if you are a 28B person in WTP on a 747.
