I have an upcoming WTP flight leaving JFK for LHR at 8:05 am and arriving into London at 8pm-ish. I have never done that flight before, but thought I would try it as I have recently had trouble sleeping on planes even in CW.

I assume I will get two meals on-board. One will be substantial and from the CW stocks an one less substantial, but which meals will they be?

Will I get breakfast shortly after boarding and then a substantial main meal in the second half of the flight or will it be lunch then tea?

Reason I am asking is that I don't know if I should wake up early and get a breakfast at my hotel (or in T7), or can I cut it finer on the expectation of getting breakfast shortly after take-off.
