Delta policy for FA entering cockpit

With the recent disturbing news concerning the Germanwings flight, I was wondering what Delta's official policy is concerning FA's entering the cockpit when a pilot exits to use the lav.
I swear I have see many instances where an FA does not switch places with the pilot, but merely barricades the restroom area.
Sure, its possible there was a 3rd pilot in the jump seat, but I seem to remember many times when there was a not a FA switch.

When flying on AS, I always see the FA switch places with the exiting pilot.
A good friend who is an AS pilot tells me that they are required to have a FA in the cockpit when one pilot leaves.

Anyone else notice this not happening on Delta? I bet we see it happen from now on...
