To confirm with this card, the CA limit must be higher than $200 to load on Serve, correct? However, we won't be charged any CA fees? The wiki only said that "Chase cards don't charge CA on Serve," but made no mention as to the CA limit.
With Discover my CA limit is $0 and Serve processes appropriately.
