It is confusing, even the menu on-board says "excluding PDX and SEA", but they most certainly do offer meals for sale. We recently flew SEA-MSY, on the outbound the hot meal was the short rib chili, and the return was the Banh Mi sandwich (I know I spelled that wrong).
