There is no question about using correct log-in and password.
Yes, happened to me a few weeks ago. I called +A Southwest Customer service and they sent me a password reset e-mail. It all left me to ponder who was trying to brute force access to my account. Maybe a nearby passenger watching me log-in to the free WiFi?
