I tried again last night both online and also through SWA phone reservations. Agent confirmed all funds are valid yet system error persists. He said it doesn't happen to everyone using Travel Funds but about "every other one." He extended my confirmation "hold time" until Sunday night saying "they ought to have it fixed by then and no sense having you call every 24 hours." Anyone else having good or bad luck using unexpired, same-name Travel Funds?
