I haven't checked the details of how your diff points transfer to miles, but assuming you can afford either and find availability on the dates you need, I would go SQ JFK to SIN ('direct' flight with stop in FRA). You get the A380 in suites class.
Then make your way from SIN to whichever place in Thailand you want to get to (easy flight, many options, miles or low cost).
