it is the top 1%. 250k is a rough # just thrown around here but not a hard #.

I was told years ago by MPC that $150k was getting in the ballpark that year, and the individual who told me knew roughly how much i had spent that year. so somebody is watching it.

presumably it varies year by year but if you're spending 100k+ usd BIS on CX then i think it's fair to say you are entering the range where...with a little more spending...you might be eligible.

Btw, there presumably many other soft benefits. I was told during that same conversation DM+ members were invited to Washington to fly back on 77W delivery flights. If that's your thing...
