No worries - I love the LM brand and really want them to be successful with all the new US properties...just a bit less of a positive reaction here than what I felt at the awesome Philly / Tampa properties.
Post-script - I did get a call from the front desk saying they had a suite ready for me. I appreciate the follow-up...but too late for me on this stay.
