Am I missing something? Surely going to the staff member with the guests in question would result in a "Sorry Sir/Madam, a mistake has been made - these are not the guests in question" or "Yes, those two are the thieving scum"

In the LA area I believe Hiram Katz is a well known buffet attorney (note: not recommended for divorces).
