r handwriting.
I check my bill every day in order to catch unanticipated charges. Last fall:
One morning ... a $160 bar charge - all liquor. My name, but not my signature. F&B mgr was interested.
Next morning ... another ~$200 bar charge - food & liquor. They went to the video and identified the thief ... and corrected the fraud.
Waiting until checkout to find mistakes ... not the best option.
