It's relatively easy to get that much credit spread across a bunch of accounts from different banks, but much harder for a single account. This is because most business cards are tied to your personal income and credit rating, so banks are unwilling to give out large lines of credit unless you have been a very good customer for them for many years. If you want a limit that high in a single card, you'll probably want a corporate card account, which will be based on the creditworthiness of the business instead of you personally.
