I've got a 19 hour transit at DOH, with possibly the worst timing possible.

Arrive 05:20 after a 3 hour flight from ASM.

Depart 00:55 the next day to FRA - A350

Both flights are in business class, however, two different tickets so no complimentary hotel from QR (correct?)

I know I could book the airside transit hotel, but that seems rather boring and sterile for 19 hours.

Other option is a taxi into the city and find a hotel that will do a day rate from something like 7a-7p. Get a few hours sleep, go back to the museum to visit, maybe go skating at the mall

ideas?
