Well myself and few FT'ers I know (VJ comes to mind ) did a few this spring... My memorial day trip with Freddie Jr. went DCA-MSP-HNL-MSP-LGW-MSP-LAX-DTW-DCA over about 72 hours... longest layover was 6 hrs in MSP waiting to go to LGW. EQM was over 21K for a cost of $349.
