First trip in First coming up, with our 5 year old (before anyone starts, she is well 'trained' and wont be an issue to other passengers ).

Am tossing up between ordering her a special meal or not. She isn't fussy, but does tend to prefer simple food to fancy fayre with rich sauces etc.

Can anyone give examples of what kid's meals in first consist of? Assume a kids meal in F is a decent upgrade on a Y version? Also, what is the current First menu like? Route is LHR-AUH, so a day flight.
