I used an award booking service to book an itineray using Avios to fly on Cathay Pacific. Unfortunately, the award consultantcompletely screwed up my husbands last name...not misspelled but actually used a wrong last name. Luckily we caught the error immediately and the consultant made the call to BA to change the name. The consultant says the name change should happene in7 days. When 7 days came along, nothing has changed so I made a call to BA and was told by the BA representative that the name change is in their automated queue and may take up to a few months. as of today, almost two months has passed, nothing has changed. Should I be doing something? Although we are not traveling until the end if the year, I am worried. Please provide guidance
