IT Problems Using Travel Funds?

Is anyone else having trouble using unused Travel Funds? For the past 3 days I have attempted to purchase an online ticket using valid, unexpired travel funds using two Confirmation Codes. Each time I get an error message saying I should try a different form of payment. When I then use a different credit card, the same error message occurs. I then call the airline directly; they confirm the unused travel funds appear valid; but they, too are unable to process the transaction and to call back prior to midnight the next day as they have made the reservation as "pending." Each time they say "we have been having trouble with travel funds as part of a new purchase." Anyone else having this issue?
