As we all know, I missed my YVR SEA last night


So, an agent gives me a new ticket last night (bless her soul, she was working another flight). So w/e, grab my ticket and head back to the hotel (do you know how painful it is trying to LEAVE the airport at night at YVR once youve cleared security? I spent an hour trying to get out! -

) And yes, by that point I was aware of my surroundings
Before anyone goes...well what if they mapped you to a different fare class as part of the exchange? It didn't happen, i'm looking on ac.com with my PNR.
I bought the B fare months ago (3 months ago), so I don't think the fare went down. It could have, there were 7 people on my flight...
So, personal info removed, here's proof!. Anyone know why I got this partial refund? I mean it makes no difference to me as its a corporate card, but still, why not just take my money and run?
