I've ordered a "Midsize SUV (Group Q4) IFAR" for my family for our holiday in California, SFO pickup. I found the fleet list interesting, but wondered if anybody had an idea of which model they typically provide in this category in SFO? And will there by any kind of choice regarding the car?

Apparently I'm entitled to "Gold Canopy" service. What kind of difference will that do for us in the airport? Does that make any kind of upgrade/choice more likely or is it basically just a (little) bit shorter waiting line or so?

When reading the Hertz threads I realize I'm a beginner in this business, so I hope to benefit from your experience :-)
