I've used rolling Pelican cases in disaster/emergency response for years. They are overloaded, slammed around, rolled over brick/rock/curbs/steel planking, all by people who didn't pay for them and won't have to pay for a replacement. And I've never seen one break.
Anything that would break the case would destroy everything you have inside.

They're heavy and expensive, but they'll still be around when only the cockroaches are left.
When my life depends on my case, it's a Pelican.
