Is this not a bit confusing for passengers who may not know, you book and see flight arrival of 14:35, then after clock changes it goes to 15:35.

Departure time stays 09:20 GMT.
Having had a look at the timetable for the summer season, it looks like scheduled times for the flight will be 0920-1435 for the whole of the summer season.

The departure time is not 0920 GMT. Because the UK will have gone on to summer time by the time these scheduled times start, it's 0920 local time = 0820 GMT.

The arrival time is 1435 throughout the summer season. St Petersburg is on GMT+3 in both winter and summer, so that arrival time is equivalent to 1135 GMT for the whole season.

0820 GMT to 1135 GMT is 3:15, as you know.

So I can't see any point at which the arrival time at St Petersburg will become 1535. It could hypothetically do so if St Petersburg were to go onto summer time of its own, but it won't.
