To answer your question, no, INN doesn't have the best lounge in Europe

You'd have thought that they could increase the value of the voucher from EUR 10 (~£7.24) to EUR 20 given that they give at least £15 credit at Starbucks to those pax inconvenienced enough to have to go to T5C!

IIRC, I got quite a lot of value out of my E10 voucher in INN a few years ago. A few beers, a coke, and a nice sandwich. Now, had the "lounge" not been overflowing with angry/ancious passengers on severely delayed flights, it might not have been too bad an experience.

Also, the problem with this "lounge" is that guests don't get a voucher, so if you're travelling with a +1, they have to share your meagre voucher.
