No wonder Sheraton Wenzhou gave me a GO packet when I told them I'm Platinum they said "no you're not", and of course SPG never sent me my Platinum card (been weeks, I give up to be honest, and yes, to those that insisted you don't need your card, guess you do somethings), and luckily I pulled my receipt with another SPG establishment recently with Platinum status shown, and the GM happens to be at check-in approved "update" my status with Sheraton Wenzhou from GO to Platinum. Is this 2015 or 1915?
