Same here. I am DXB based. Although I find it does this from other places too, most often once I have checked in and prior to boarding pass print out I have to put the details in again or it wont let me print boarding passes. I usually just don't bother and collect at the airport as have bags to check and with a wife and two kids it is a pain to fill it all in again.
