Having looked at the traveler photographs of this property at tripadvisor.com, I am surprised that Marriott has not transformed this into a timeshare property.
The rooms (actually suites) scream Marriott timeshare.
Only reason I can think this is the case is that the hotel owner is not interested in such a conversion.
