Didn't we have a big thread about this? The comments of the AC rep were with respect to people on AP Y rewards looking for upgrades, which of course are basically "not going to happen" unless the GA decides for last minute operational reasons to make the decision (and potentially have to provide an explanation to the bosses as to why the official AC process was overridden!).
