For those of you wondering what the luxury tax will be, it's currently 10% of the rack rates as of 3/22/15 are (all in INR):

Executive ( Premium Category ) - 14500 (Single), 16500 (Double)
Superior - 16500 (Single), 18500 (Double)
Club - 19500 (Single), 21500 (Double)
Suite - Honeymoon, Business, Corporate, Grande - 40,000 (Single), 42,000 (Double)
Luxury Suite - INR 100,000 (Single / Double)

So LX tax on a normal suite looks like it'll be around +$64/night, which is steep! The normal DVAT and Service taxes seem to be on the room rate, not rack rate.
