I wonder what APFA will have to say about this change. If memory serves, the FAs earned a commission based on the duty free purchases on board. Hence why it was in the FAs' financial interests to roll those heavy carts down the aisle.

From my perspective as a passenger, good riddance. But I would feel sorry to be denying some additional income to the FAs on those longhaul international flights.
