The service standards are written by BA. On Band1 and Band2 flights we are to hand out the meal first and then do drinks. It's the way BA wants it. At least it wasn't a hot meal going cold as it was a salad

Band3 and Band4 flights, we are to serve drinks with nuts first, according to BA.
