Fair enough! I certainly think Gold is better than Silver, and my recent GGL feels nicer than Gold, but I meant that the jump is probably less important and I don't tend to be a mileage run person anyway, so would only consider it if something made a big difference to me. That said, you are right, the F lounges access is nice - especially if one flies from Hong Kong or Sydney!!
