My room was canceled yesterday about 10 days before arrival. I did get an email from them. After I called they refused to honor the booking and offered a $50 coupon. I insisted that they ruined my trip and now all the hotel rates were sky high now that it was less than 2 weeks before my arrival. The agent put me on hold about 5 or 6 times, but finally offered me a $100 coupon, which I accepted.
