J availability is fine, with married segments too.
I checked flights out of YUL earlier and it looks like it doesn't let you
HOLD (YYZ lets you hold for 5 days), you have to pay immediately. What I would do, is simply printing out the intended reservation and show it to the ticket office at the airport on Tue, Fri, or Sun between 7:30 and 10:30 pm.
You could do this over the phone but I'd rather go in person and have everything clarified.
