What are my other options getting from Macau to HKG airport for my noon flight on the morning on 4 May?
Depends which airline you are flying, some have check-in arranged with TurboJet so that is like a plane connection and no problem with that schedule (CX for example does this).
Options: 1. charter a helicopter to HKG, that costs about HKD 20000.
2. take ferry to non-airport and then taxi or train to airport. Not sure that will get you to airport any sooner.
3. leave the day before and spend a night in Hong Kong. Much more interesting than Cotai
Note: the first ferry to HKG often sells out ahead of time so buy your tickets in advance (at least it did when I was last in Macau).
