CPH is my all time low. If you join the airport loyalty program, they give you wifi access for free. But for months and months the backbone that handles log in requests have been unresponsive. I talked to a staff of a shop and they said "end user wifi?! oh it never works. Even the dedicated store network is down most of the time"
So yes, HEL airport wifi is probably well worth a high ranking.
