First segment Mx delay....
Seemed like I had a chance to miss the second segment. So, called 1K line for "protection" on a later flight for the second segment (plenty of later options on that segment).
1K agent specifically told me that the "protection" policy does not exist anymore. I had a choice of keeping the reservation as is OR, move to the later option on the second segment (I did move to the later option during the phone call, as I did not want to deal with airport CS agents....).
