I can sleep on planes, especially the UA C seat. I'd bring some DVDs along, an iPod, and maybe some magazines. A laptop is good so you can catch up on emails to friends.
Int'l Biz is fun, IMHO. You can shower at the NRT RCC, take the train into Narita for sushi, I actually enjoy mileage running....provided it's in C!

I ask because I've been fortunate enough to have only done trips to Asia in F (actually A or NF). So the thought of all that C makes me a bit concerned, mainly because I won't have my flat bed. I guess that's why they invented temazepam!
I will definitely be doing plenty of sushi -- my favorite. And I want to try the NRT RCC -- only done the Silver Kris so far.
I like your suggestions of DVD's. Will rent several.
