how to go about writing a goodwill letter to BOA

I have been a BOA customer for over 20 yrs and I have 4 accts with them. I have A1 credit with all my banks and credit card companies until now. My job transferred me to the west coast and I brought along a BOA credit card to use as my main credit card. It has a zero balance. I don't know if its the the stress of relocation and adjusting to my job but I missed a payment to bank of America which they are reporting it as a 30 day late. This in turn has caused my credit score to drop (I found out about it when I checked )"your score has changed" then did a free credit check and saw the bad news. I called BOA immediately and the customer rep kept telling me I am an excellent customer but wouldn't budge when I asked her to delete the negative item on my credit report. I was told I can write a Goodwill letter to (executive officer)and hope they will take my acct history with them and delete the late payment item. I have 3 other cards with them that I use and they are all on auto pay-In fact all my card payments, student loan etc are on autopay. This card use to be on auto pay but I have not used it in over a yr. My question is -how do I find the address of the executive officer and what info should I put in the letter. Thanks in advance for your replies
