There is no addtl biz tax for flying INTO LHR, which is what the OP is doing, just out of, which is irrelevant here.
I thought OP was talking about YYZ-LHR R/T (which would involve APD)
It's hard to know one-way or R/T nowadays
Either way, OP & others should know anyway
LHR usually means - high YQ on AC metal, high APD leaving LHR
